There are some situations when cops are funny, for some they are funny most of the time but generally spoken, cops and their uniforms are designed or at least should be designed to make them to look serious and little bit scary. But what would you do if you see a pair of policemen who are dressed like this? You are probably going to laugh a loud but then you are risking to get some special treatment from those guys who may look like funniest cops in the world but they’re still armed.
I am not sure which country’s police is this but according to that police car and according to their hats I could presume that those policemen are coming from some former Soviet country.
